I'm a noob here and have not yet launched my site but what I'm curious to know is how does support answer the phone when a customer calls them? What I mean is, do they answer by saying they are LiquidNet, Reseller Panel or do they somehow know what reseller domain that customer belongs to and answers accordingly?
