  • How does support answer the phone?

    I'm a noob here and have not yet launched my site but what I'm curious to know is how does support answer the phone when a customer calls them? What I mean is, do they answer by saying they are LiquidNet, Reseller Panel or do they somehow know what reseller domain that customer belongs to and answers accordingly?

    I hope I didn't confuse anyone.

    "Thank you for calling support." (The also use "p r o p e r s u p p o r t" in place of "support" sometimes.)

    Test it yourself if you'd like to be sure: 800.574.0902 in the U.S. (which is where I'm assuming you are).

            Nemesis7485, the standard greeting from the support staff is typically company-name neutral like: "Hello, web hosting customer support, how can I help you?" or something similar.
