    I have been ...happy with them I guess. Now I am canceling my account and letting my accounts under me to move once they are up for renewal. The service with this group is bad at best. Had a issue with auto renewal of a hosting account that is not used and under a old email account not in use from 12 months ago. Saw today I had a charge for $56+ buck to paypal. Go and look and I see its from LiquidNet Ltd. Looks like they have it setup to auto renew. Send a simply email asking them to please cancel the the charge. Looks like they can care less, and simply state the charge is done and "no matter what" we will not reimburse you, have a good day! LMAO Nice service indeed from a person that's been with them for around 5 years or more and has adding dozens of hosting accounts to them. I am absolutely PISSED at LiquidNet Ltd and will never ever ever use them again.

      To the OP, there will be issues here and there and you cannot expect RSP to make everyone happy. Get the support guys to help you out and if they can't fully meet your requirements, RSP is probably not for you. Move on.

        Yes, it is set at auto-renew. And you probably received an email about this and if you checked with your paypal account you would have seen it there also. I have to go in and change that on my paypal every time.

        They didn't used to do this, but have started doing this lately. I don't like it! And wish that they would stop it or at least give us an option if we wanted auto-renew or not. I haven't opened a ticket about it but maybe I should. If enough of us complain, I am sure they would change it.

        I don't have many things to complain about RSP, but this is one item that I totally disagree with.

            @jkacp: I would recommend that you contact us via e-mail or a ticket if you are still experiencing such issues, providing us with exact information what notifications you receive, since some older domains that are transferred away quite a while back are still with status Active untill we change it manually. This problem has been solved for all newer accounts and domain names.
            Notice the date on the original reply well here we go again.
            email received this morning::
            Your domain name BLUEEYESHOSTING.COM included in your account ninakacp with ResellersPanel.com is about to expire after 30 days. The exact expiration date is Sunday, June 26, 2011.

            In case that you would like to renew the registration for another year, please go to Domain Manager Section of your ResellersPanel.com Control Panel and click on the Renew link next to your domain name.

            IMPORTANT: If you fail to renew your domain name within 29 days after its expiration date, it will automatically enter the 30-day Redemption Grace Period (RGP)(which can be followed by an additional 30-day Extended Redemption Period) according to the ICANN regulations, obeyed by our registrar eNom Inc. In this state the domain name can only be renewed for the sum of $270.00 USD. After this period the domain name will enter the state of Delete Period that may take about 40 more days. After the domain name's deletion it will become available for registration. Please note that the aforementioned time frames are not strictly obeyed. It is strictly advised that you contact us via a trouble ticket if such a situation arises.

            The domain registration will be renewed after we receive your notification and verify the payment.

            Let us know if there is anything else we could help you with.

            Best Regards,
            ResellersPanel.com Team
            If even they bothered to check WhoIs, this domain does not expire till 2012

              Hello jkacp ,

              I have checked on the matter personally. Indeed although the domain name blueeyeshosting.com is already with another registrar and it actual expiration date is 25-jun-2012, there has been a record for it remained in to the system. My colleagues have removed it from your Free Reseller account and blocked the account, but the record for the domain name remained. Now as the system sending the e-mail is automatic and the expiration date of the domain name did no updated correctly for the obvious reason that the domain is no longer with us , you have received this e-mail. The object of this automatic system is to ensure that the active resellers and clients are notified for their expiring services with us , so they can renew them in a timely manner and ensure that they will not have downtimes. In some rear cases as your records for domain names remains after they are removed from the accounts. I have located that record in to the system and remove it ,so you will not receive any more e-mails for blueeyeshosting.com . If you have other domain names for which you are not sure that they are not completely removed, do let us know which are the domain names and we will check for remaining records . If such records are located they will be removed to ensure that you will not receive e-mails for their renewal.
