Emails from Proper Support

Is there anything that can be done to try and stop emails from propersupport.com appearing like spam? The last email I received generated a SA score of 4.745 and bounced off a number of strange machines.

The score is calcuted by the following

HTML_MESSAGE=0.001
HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG=0.635
MIME_HTML_ONLY=1.105
RAZOR2_CHECK=1.729

URIBL_BLOCKED=0.001

Any way to make these emails more SA friendlily?

Any update on this? Another email was blocked and redirected to spam this morning

Hello,

There is actually an update - one of our devs has changed some things and one more dev should also change some more things. I don't know the tech details, but these changes should have a positive effect and the spam score should be lowered. Please let us know if you get another message these days.

The email is coming from a different host mail.supremeserver1.com, but it actually has a higher score!!
